Resolution: Speak less, pray more.

Embrace silence as a sacred invitation. Set aside 30 minutes today for quiet prayer—just you and God. Mary invites us into silence and prayer, a sign that God desires to speak to our hearts today.

Prayer:

Mary, you assure us of your presence. Help us to make time for prayer. Teach us to speak less and to listen more. Help us to encounter God in prayer and to hear His voice.

Come, Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your well-beloved spouse! (3x)
