22nd day 26th November

22nd day

26th November

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy spirit. Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Beloved Spouse! (3x)

Lk 21, 12-19

But before all this happens, they will seize you and persecute you. You will be handed over to synagogues and imprisoned, and you will be brought before kings and governors because of my name. This will give you an opportunity to bear witness to me. But do not even consider preparing your defense beforehand, for I myself will give you a depth of wisdom and eloquence that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. “You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends, and some of you will be put to death. You will be hated by all because of my name, but not a hair of your head will be lost. By standing firm you will gain life.

To pERSIST UNTIL THE END

What do I ask for?

For the grace of deep trust in the power of Jesus in moments of trial and suffering.

  • I willsitclose to Jesus. I will ask him for zeal and courage of spirit in listening to his demanding words. He wants to show me that the destiny of a disciple is no different from that of the Master. He teaches me to remain with him in every situation.
  • “Theywilldeliver you up …” (v. 12). My life with Jesus can be questioned by people who have influence in the world. How do I react when I am rejected for my religious and moral convictions? Am I faithful to Jesus?
  • “Thisis done foryou, that you may bear witness” (v. 13). Jesus wants to transform my suffering for his name into a space for the operation of grace. But he needs my witness. Can I trust him?
  • “I willgiveyou eloquence and wisdom” (v. 15). I will recall moments when I have experienced God’s guidance in a tangible way. Jesus assures me of his presence in moments of my helplessness. He teaches me to rely completely on him.
  • My loyalty to Jesuscanrequire the greatest price: rejection even from those closest to me (vv. 16–17). Am I prepared to accept such a situation for Jesus’ sake? What place does Jesus have in my relationships with family and friends?
  • “Not a hair of yourheadwill perish” (v. 18). This is the key among Jesus’ words. He has power over all. He is victorious in every situation. He is my shield and protection.
  • In a heartfeltconversationwith Jesus, I will tell him all my fears and doubts. I will invite him into my entire future: “Jesus, reign in my life now and forever.”

In the school of Our Lady:

Mary kept Jesus’ words in her heart, even though she did not understand many things, she trusted him. She knew that faithfulness to God can also hurt; she experienced misunderstanding in Nazareth, the  run to Egypt, the loneliness under the cross. It teaches us that God always has the last word.

Dear children! Today I invite you to comprehend your Christian vocation. Little children, I led and am leading you through this time of grace, that you may become conscious of your Christian vocation. Holy martyrs died witnessing: I am a Christian and love God over everything. Little children, today also I invite you to rejoice and be joyful Christians, responsible and conscious that God called you in a special way to be joyfully extended hands toward those who do not believe, and that through the example of your life, they may receive faith and love for God. Therefore, pray, pray, pray that your heart may open and be sensitive for the Word of God. Thank you for having responded to my call.

Mary, Queen of Martyrs, intercede for us, that we may persevere in our fidelity to Jesus until the end.

The prayer of consecration to Jesus through Mary

Holy Virgin Mary, today before You and in Your hands I renew and confirm the vows of Holy Baptism.

I renounce satan forever, his works; and I consecrate myself  to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ. I want to carry my cross after Him all the days of my

life according to the will of the Heavenly Father.

O Mary, in the presence of all the heavenly court and the whole Church I consecrate myself to Your Immaculate Heart. Be my Mother and Queen. In complete

submission and love I give You and consecrate to You my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, the value of all my good actions, past, present

and future leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me according to thy good pleasure, for the greater gloryof God in time and in eternity. Amen.
