28th day – 2rd December

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy spirit. Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit, come by means of the powerful intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Beloved Spouse! (3x)

Lk 10, 21-24
At that very hour, Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned and have revealed them to children.
Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will. ^“All things have been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.” Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. *^*I tell you, many prophets and kings desired to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.”

TO STAY IN JESUS’ JOY
What do I ask for?
For a simple and joyful heart in God.
• I will contemplate Jesus who rejoices in the Holy Spirit (v. 21). I will ask him to penetrate me deeply with his Spirit and allow me to savor his joy.
• I will listen to Jesus who speaks to his Father (v. 21). I will listen to the joy with which he glorifies him. He praises him for having loved to reveal himself, as Lord of heaven and earth, to the little ones.
• I will realize that Jesus is speaking these words to the Father in my presence. He wants me to hear them. He wants me to believe that the Father is pleased with me. I am his little one – his child.
• What feelings does Jesus’ prayer evoke in me? Do I believe that Jesus is speaking to the Father about me and that the Father is pleased with me?
• Only Jesus knows who the Father is (v. 22). He knows all his love for me. He knows all his care for me, all the stirrings of his heart for me.
I will ask Jesus to reveal the Father to me, to show me all his love for me. What do I most desire to ask Jesus for?
• Jesus reminds me that I am a happy person (vv. 23-24). I know Jesus and his Gospel. I can read his word, I canlisten to him when he tells me about the Father. Every day I can meet him in the Eucharist when he offers himself to the Father for me.
• I will turn to Jesus with love, so that he may open me to the Holy Spirit and make me a happy little one. I will give him everything that saddens me and robs me of the joy of life. With great desire of my heart

I will repeat: “Come, Lord Jesus!”

In the school of Our Lady:
Mary knew she is small, she thanked God for choosing her. She leads us to trust God completely, so that we may witness great things like she does.

December 02, 2008
Dear children! In this holy time of joyful expectation, God has chosen you, the little ones, to realize His great intentions. My children, be humble. Through your humility, with His wisdom, God will make of your souls a chosen home. You will illuminate it with good works and thus, with an open heart, you will welcome the birth of my Son in all of His generous love. Thank you, dear children.

Mary, our Mother, you teach us that being little means to lett you to guide us. We entrust ourselves to you, please help us to remain little, humble, expecting everything from the Lord, we want to be like you. With you, we praise God for the great things that he makes known to the little ones, through dedication and concrete acts of love.

The prayer of consecration to Jesus through Mary

Holy Virgin Mary, today before You and in Your hands I renew and confirm the vows of Holy Baptism.

I renounce satan forever, his works; and I consecrate myself  to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ. I want to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life according to the will of the Heavenly Father.

O Mary, in the presence of all the heavenly court and the whole Church I consecrate myself to Your Immaculate Heart. Be my Mother and Queen. In complete submission and love I give You and consecrate to You my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, the value of all my good actions, past, present and future leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me according to thy good pleasure, for the greater gloryof God in time and in eternity. Amen.
